Nicci talked about an important article in her magazine titled “10 Steps to Heart Health? She says that you can change your fate just by Eating Well. In the Lower your risk for heart disease by following these 10 steps. 1- Know your numbers...blood pressure, hdl, ldl, cholesterol, etc; 2-Calculate your risk; 3-Lose some weight; 4-eat less saturated fats; 5-lose the junk food.
