On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy chatted with John Jacobs, one of the founders of Life is Good. The happy go lucky apparel and lifestyle brand that celebrates optimism and gratitude. When you see Jake’s smiling mug on a t shirt you can’t help to smile back. John shared his inspiring story about how he and his brother sold shirts from the back of their van until they stumbled upon the right message that resonated with just about everyone. And they keep spreading the gospel of optimism through their charity ventures like their new book “Life is Good” and their festivals all of which give back to their Life is Good Kids Foundation. John also gave a shout out to Kenny and Shannon who are the owners of Jake’s House in the metro Atlanta area that is one of the Genuine Neighborhood Shoppes that sell Life is Good gear. You might run into Dr Fitness or the Fat Guy at their Perimeter store.
