Kristin Harrison, Editor of Women’s Running Magazine Gives 5K Training Tips and Sports Bra Shopping Tips
On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy opened the show with our
good friend Kristin Harrison, editor of Women’s Running Magazine. She
shared some of the highlights of the latest issue of this great
magazine. We talked about some new sports bras that aren’t too bouncy
and aren’t too tight - these sports bra fit you just right. She also
said that their were some new training plans for runners of all skill
