She shared her top 5 tips for aging backwards. 1-Exercise Easily 2- Keep your brain sharp especially your memory 3- Give Back through community service 4- Ease into better eating habits slowly 5- Lower your stress an easy way to do that is use ear plugs to lower the volume. Jackie also explained that her use of a new product called CoccoBoddy, which is made from organic, raw, cold pressed coconut oil will help you look younger and soften your skin.
