Matt is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation/Fitness at Princeton University and he has written some of the most important books about strength training and exercise in the industry.
Matt came on the show and tried to dispel some more fitness myths. Is it okay to eat after a certain time at night? Matt tells us.
