On tonight’s show, Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy learn all about pilates from one of New York City's top pilates instructors Brooke Siler, founder of the Re:AB pilates studio and the author of some of the most influential and popular pilates books out there.
Brooke wrote The Pilates Body and Your Ultimate Pilates Body Challenge. She is a veteran in the world of pilates and she has been personally trained by one of Joseph Pilates proteges.
She explained to us the difference between yoga and pilates. She also gave us some insight into how pilates gives you a great cardio workout while strengthening your entire body.
